SBM Training & Consulting Institute (SBM-TCI)

formerly SBM Consulting and Coaching Services (SBM-CCS) was created to exercise and share information, knowledge, and experience – a way of letting go, sharing with the world what the world has given to you.  The Directors of the Company have seen it all.  Through SBM-TCI they have the desire to die empty where the knowledge they have acquired is transferred in the people left behind, in the hope that they too may replicate it. 

SBM-TCI is a change management training and consulting Institute focused on helping firstly, the individual and secondly the organization, manage any transformation through well thought-out processes. It was incorporated in 2009 as The Change Agency Initiative (CAI).  In transitioning, it was incorporated under the SBM Investments Limited, a family-owned holding company.   The SBM-TCI strives to create the clients’ feeling of trust in its interventions to provide lasting solutions to any challenging situation as may arise through normal everyday activities. Therefore, we, aim to establish long term relationships because we understand that change takes time to establish. We work with our clients to increase their change readiness and capability levels to implement any project or new system, policy, or regulatory requirements by focusing on individual mindset change.
